What happened

Capitolul despre România al Raportului Comisiei Europene privind statul de drept 2026 (SWD(2026) 923, p. 5) scrie: „In a case of December 2025, the Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights reiterated that magistrates should be allowed to speak out in defence of judicial independence” (Marea Cameră a reiterat că magistrații trebuie să poată lua cuvântul în apărarea independenței justiției).
